What about warranty and support?
We offer a standard warranty, fast remote diagnostics, and a replacement unit if needed. A maintenance contract ensures priority support, regular updates, and spare-parts availability.
What if the culture does not grow?
First check sampling asepsis, media freshness, and the temperature log. The manual includes a step-by-step troubleshooting guide, and we are available for direct assistance.
Is PetriEye a medical device?
PetriEye is a veterinary diagnostic device intended for use in veterinary medicine. It is aligned with internal quality procedures and relevant standards for veterinary use; it is not intended for human diagnostics.
Do you perform internal quality control (QC)?
Yes. The system supports QC logging, batch traceability of consumables, and easy documentation of quality control. Guidelines and recommendations for QC frequency in your environment are included.

Can I get a demo or pilot?

How quickly can I get started?
Delivery, onboarding, and go-live are usually very fast. After 1–2 hours of training, you can perform your first tests the same day and start working with real cases.
